Created and designed by Epicurean, this BBQ Salver is the answer to all your grilling needs. It lets you tend to your grill instead of making trips back inside by bringing everything you need out together in one custom tray. It can be carried in one hand, allowing you to use the other hand for opening doors. It reduces excess dishes and is dishwasher safe, saving on clean-up time. The BBZ Salver has 3 separate storage cups to hold your favorite sauces, spices and beverages, a tray for tongs and a basting brush and for the main course, a removable Epicurean Cutting Surface® board. The removable board helps to prevent food contamination by allowing you to flip the surface over and place your cooked items on the clean, dry side. The BBQ Salver consists of a red tray with slate grey silicone storage cups, natural cutting board and measures 21" x 16" x 1.5". The underside of the tray has a palm sized round silicone grip to help in securing the tray with one hand.
