The Super Slab is over 30 pounds of rugged beauty! The block includes special features such as finger slots and rounded edges on a reversible board. Each block is laminated domestic hardwood for durability and toughness. The block will not dull knives and comes in a variety of grain patterns. Products offered by Catskill Craftsmen are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily birch and hard rock maple. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site.
